血栓调节蛋白与脑血管病的关系 被引量:3

摘要 血栓调节蛋白是位于内皮细胞膜表面的一种糖蛋白,通过与凝血酶结合形成凝血酶-血栓调节蛋白复合物,激活蛋白C发挥抗凝、促纤溶作用,调控血栓形成和溶解的平衡,是维持血管内膜完整的内皮细胞表面分子,成为衡量血管内皮受损重要的分子标记物之一,可能是脑血管病的独立危险因素,血栓调节蛋白编码基因的多个位点变异与脑血管疾病存在关联,可能成为脑血管病发病的易感基因,血栓调节蛋白在脑血管病方面的研究,对脑血管病的预防、诊断、疗效评价、预后都有着指导意义。
