Q开关1064nm和532nm Nd:YAG激光对大鼠皮肤非剥脱性嫩肤作用的比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的:比较Q开关1064nm和Q开关532nm Nd:YAG激光照射对大鼠皮肤的非剥脱性嫩肤作用。方法:分别使用上述两种激光的三种不同能量密度对大鼠背部皮肤进行照射,动态观测皮肤弹性和皮肤含水量变化,光镜下观察大鼠背部皮肤真皮层厚度的变化,测定局部皮肤羟脯氨酸含量。结果:末次照射后第4周,大鼠试验侧的皮肤弹性和含水量都明显好于对照侧;试验侧皮肤羟脯氨酸含量和真皮层厚度都较对照侧显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:Q开关1064nm Nd:YAG激光较532nm Nd:YAG激光具有更为明显非剥脱性嫩肤效果。 Objective: To compare tile nonablative skin rejuvenation effect of Q- switched 1064 nm and 532 nm Nd: YAG lasers on rat skin. Methods: Eighteen rats were randomly divided into two groups. One group received irradiation of Q - switched 532 nm Nd:YAG laser and the other group received irradiation of Q - switched 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser. The dorsal area of each rat was shaved and denuded, then was marked in four grids: three for treatments with time interval of one day and one for control. Results: The biophysical parameter measurements of skin elasticity and water content were carried out with MPA 9 at 1, 3 and 4 weeks after the last laser intervention. Specimens were taken for histological analysis and hydroxyproline contents assay at four weeks after last laser interventions. Conclusions: All lasers treatments led to improvements in elasticity, water content, dermal layer thickness and hydroxyproline content compared with their controls, among which the Q - switched 1064 nm Nd: YAG laser was better compared with 532 nm Nd: YAG laser.
