摘要
目的:观察、比较黏结剂中溶剂的不同对牙本质黏结界面纳米渗漏的影响。方法:选取20个无龋损人磨牙,用600目碳化硅砂纸在流水冲洗下预备出统一的牙本质黏结面玷污层,分别选用含不同溶剂的4种黏结剂OptiBond Solo(OB)、Single Bond(SB)、One-Step(OS)、Prime&Bond NT(PB)进行黏结处理;每个牙齿垂直于黏结面切割出4个4mm×0.9mm×4mm黏结试件,避光贮存于氨化硝酸银液中24h,在TEM下观察、比较牙本质黏结界面纳米渗漏。结果:2种丙酮基黏结剂OS(11.73±2.03)%和PB(11.54±2.18)%的纳米渗漏值之间无显著性差异,而它们均明显小于乙醇/水基黏结剂OB(14.27±2.07)%和SB(12.94±1.81)%。结论:黏结剂中溶剂的不同对其牙本质黏结界面纳米渗漏程度影响显著。
AIM: To observe the effect of different solvent adhesives on nanoleakage of the 4 adhesives - dentin bond. METHODS: Superficial occlusal dentin of 80 molars extracted freshly was finished with 600 - grit SiC paper under running water. 4 kinds of adhesive were applied to dentin surfaces according to the manufacturers'instructions. The bonded teeth were sectioned occluso - gingivally into 4 mm× 0.9 mm × 4 mm serial slabs and stored in ammoniaeal silver nitrate in dark for 24 h and prepared for TEM. RUSULTS : There is no significant difference between the amount of nanoleakage from the adhesives with acetone - based solvent OS ( 11. 73 ± 2. 03 ) % and PB (11.54±2.18)%, which are all lower than that from the adhesives with ethanol/water- based solvent OB (14.27 ± 2.07)% and SB (12.94 ± 1.81 )%. CONCLUSION: The different solvent in adhesives have significant influence on the extent of nanoleakage of the resin - dentin interface.
