摘要
从科学发展观的角度,分析了改革开放30年来农业科技在江苏省"三农"发展中的作用,一是大幅度提高了农业综合生产能力,改变了江苏省主要农产品区域生产格局;二是在提高土地产出率的同时,也大幅度提高了劳动生产率,促进了农村劳动力的大量转移。农业科技在推进"三农"发展的同时,也为工业化和城镇化发展腾出了宝贵的土地资源,提供了充足的劳动力。
The role of agricultural sciences and technologies in ＂three agricultures＂ development in Jiangsu Province during 30 years of reforming and opening was analyzed with scientific development concept. Firstly, agricultural sciences and technologies have greatly increased the comprehensive agricultural production capacity, and have changed the production patterns of produces in Jiangsu Province. Secondly, agr!cultural sciences and technologies have improved the land productvi- ty and labor productivity, as well as the rural labor transfer. As a result, the agricultural sciences and technologies have not only released the valuable land resources but also provided sufficient labor forces for the development of industrialization and urbanization.
