摘要
采用喷雾干燥法制备神经毒素-Ⅰ壳聚糖微球,利用正交设计优化微球处方,所得微球平均载药量为(19.23±0.42)%、收率为(92.1±2.1)%。体外释药数据用Higuchi模型拟合得方程Q=11.42t1/2-5.89(r=0.9920),表明该微球具有缓释作用。
Chitosan microspheres loaded with neurotoxin-Ⅰ were prepared by spray drying technique. The preparation was optimized by orthogonal design. The drug loading was (19.23±0.42) % and yield was (92.1±2.1) %. The in vitro release of neurotoxin- Ⅰ from microspheres fitted to Higuchi equation Q=11.42t1/2-5.89 (r=0.9920), which indicated the microspheres had sustained-release effect.
