摘要
针对采用圆锥型缓冲装置的高速液压缸的缓冲过程进了理论分析与实验研究,建立了该过程的数学模型,并利用CFD进行了流场的数值模拟。结果表明:液压缸内缓冲过程可分为断面收缩局部压力损失、锐缘节流和缝隙节流3个阶段,缓冲效果与缓冲装置的结构参数有关。
Based on theory analysis and experimental study of buffering process of high speed hydraulic cylinder of conical contour type cushion device, the mathematic model was established, the system simulation was made using CFD method. The result of simulation shows buffering process in hydraulic cylinder has three phases: face shrink local press loss, sharp edge throttle and gap throttle. The buffering effect relates with the structure parameters of the buffering device.
