新型大功率低噪声直驱式液压作动器设计与仿真 被引量:2

摘要 针对现有液压作动器的不足,设计了新型大功率低噪声直驱式液压作动器,该系统采用内函式变速电机泵功率单元及换向阀联合控制,在AMESim仿真平台软件中建立了模型,并进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,该作动器具有良好的动态性能。 After discussing with the shortage of existing actuator, a novel high power low noise actuator was designed, the system is controlled by the variable speed inner motor-pump power unit and the directional valve. The model of the components and system were set up and simulated with AMESim. The simulation result shows that the actuator has perfect dynamic performances.
