摘要
在液压浮动球铰产品设计中,油膜厚度、流量以及压力等参数的分布情况直接影响着球铰的工作性能。因此,采用CFD技术,分析在多种初始油膜缝隙厚度下,油路的流量、压力等参数分布情况,为球铰的方案设计提供参考,可有效地缩短球铰产品的设计周期。
In the hydrostatic spherical couplings design, its performance is greatly affected by the characteristic parameters, such as the thickness of the oil-membrane, oil flux and pressure of the oil-membrane. CFD method was used to analyze the effect of the oil flux, oil-membrane pressure on the performance of the hydrostatic spherical couplings under different oil-membrane thicknesses. The results of the analysis can offer the gist for the hydrostatic spherical couplings design, and shorten the period of the product design.
