摘要
以机器视觉系统中的IPC为上位机,与下位机现场控制系统中的PLC和伺服运动控制系统构成微小芯片插片机控制体系结构,解决了引线插片的高速和高精度定位问题,提高了插片的准确性和生产效率。
By taking IPC of the machine vision system as a superior machine, and PLC of the scene control system and servo motion control system as lower machine, the control architecture of the miniature chip inserting slice machine was constituted, which solves the problem of localization of the lead wire on high speed and high accuracy, and raises the veracity and stability of the inserting chip.
