摘要
针对冲床使用中装模高度调整费时费力且误差较大的问题,设计了一种基于PIC16F877单片机的装模高度监测控制器。该控制器通过键盘输入设定参数与信息,并利用高精度直线位移传感器对装模高度进行检测,经单片机比较处理后,在LCD上显示结果,同时控制交流电机自动调整装模高度。实现了冲床装模高度的实时、闭环控制,且具有较高的控制精度。
A kind of die set height monitor controller based on PIC16F877 single chip microcomputer was designed. This controller sets parameter and information by keyboard and detects the die set height by using linear displacement sensor with high precision, which shows the result on LCD after compared and processed by single chip microcomputer, and controls die setting height by AC-motors automatic adjustment. The controller can achieve the real-timing and closed loop control to die set height of punch, and has higher control precision.
