摘要 采用有限元分析方法对一种应用在气动舵机中的螺管式电磁铁进行了仿真,计算其在不同气隙、不同电流以及不同结构参数下的吸力特性以及磁场分布情况,并进行了实验研究。实验结果表明仿真基本能够反映电磁铁的运动规律。在以上分析的基础上,根据电磁铁实际工作状态,提出了一种结构更简单的电磁铁,其开关速度优于原电磁铁。改进电磁铁的力特性实验结果证明了计算仿真的正确性。 A solenoid electromagnet was studied by finite element analysis method, the force characteristics of the electromagnet and its magnetic field distribution under the different displacements, the current of the electromagnet turns and the frame parameters were analyzed. The testing set for the electromagnet force characteristics was designed in order to prove the computing results. The dynamic and static states of the electromagnet can be measured by the set. The results of the theory analysis were compared with the experimental results in the diagram and the reason of the different of the both was analyzed. A new electromagnet was designed according to the above result. It is shown in the diagram that the theory results agree more with the experimental results on the new electromagnet.
