摘要
针对电液比例同步控制系统中存在负载不均衡,系统不稳定性,外在干扰以及常规控制难以解决的非线性、时变及滞后等问题,提出了综合模糊控制器与电液比例同步控制相结合的控制系统。在系统中应用由轨迹模糊控制器与同步协调模糊控制器组成的综合模糊控制器,以提高系统同步精度。试验及仿真结果表明,综合模糊控制器在电液比例同步控制系统中应用,能够提高系统同步精度,并且能很好地解决上述问题。
In order to slove the problem of unbalanced loadings, system uncertainties, exterior disturbances and the nonliner, time variant and time deceleration diffieuity in routine control, the control system combined integrated fuzzy controller and electrohydraulic proportional synchronization control was put forward. Experimental and simulation results indicate that the application of integrated fuzzy controller can improve system synchronizing precision in electrohydraulic proportional synchronization control system, and can solve forementioned problems.
