摘要
提出了用计算机来控制磁粉制动器以得到可控动态转矩的设想,并设计和试制了整套装置的机械部分和电气部分,编写了相应的通讯及界面程序,研制成功了750W,5N·m级可控动态转矩的机械模拟负载系统,实现了通过计算机控制机械模拟负载从而输出任意可控动态转矩的目的。
The tentative plan was put forward that uses the computer to control the magnetism arrester in order to get the controllable dynamic torque. The mechanism part and the electric part of the equipment were designed and made, the relevant program of communication and interface was programmed, which achieves the goal that uses the computer to control the mechanics simulated load in order to export any controllable dynamic torque.
