通过在一些小型制造企业的调研与实践,总结了这类企业的生产特点和管理不足,提出了在小型制造企业实施计算机集成制造系统的经济实用型解决方案,实现了企业的管理和生产的信息化、自动化,从而提高了企业的经济效益和竞争力。

The manufacturing characteristics and management defects were obtained by investigating in some miniature manufacture enterprises. The economical and practical solution was presented for implementing iuformationization engineering in these enterprises. The informationization and automazation of manufacturing and management were implemented in these enterprise, which enhances economic benefit and competitive power of these enterprises.
