摘要
近年来,我国校园的性骚扰问题日益严重。可借鉴台湾的《性别平等教育法》和《校园性侵害或性骚扰事件防治准则》,加强相关立法,建立专门的校园及社会防治机构,加大惩处力度,促进和谐校园建设。
Our campus sexual harassment is very seriousness in recent years. The purpose of this paper is to draw the Gender Equality and Campus Sexual Assault or Sexual Harassment Prevention Guidelines in Taiwan to strengthen the relevant legislation, to establish special campus and society prevention mechanism to increase the punishment, and to promote our harmonious construction.
