社会主义市场经济条件下政府职能的转变

改革开放30年来,我国的社会主义市场经济体制已初步确立。要进一步完善社会主义市场经济体制,必然要求政治体制改革相配套,尤其要求政府职能有相应的转变。目前在政府职能行使中存在着缺位和越位现象,因此,必须使政府职能归位,转变政府职能,以适应社会主义市场经济体制的需要。

For more than 30 years of reforming and opening , the market economic system has been initially established in China. To further improve the socialist market economic system, a requirement of supporting political reform is inevitable, in particular the corresponding changes of government functions. At present, the exercise of government functions exist the phenomenon of absence and offside , therefore, the government functions must be made to the place and transformed to adapt to the socialist market economic system needs.
