摘要
TCL并购汤姆森公司在战略选择、成本与财务、经营与文化及人员整合上存在着风险。中国企业在目前跨国并购热中对并购应持谨慎态度,应在并购前做好各项准备工作。
This article takes TCL M＆A Thomsen Company as the analysis object, from various angles like strategic choice.cost and financial.integration on management and culture and personnel, to carry on the risk analysis about Cross -border M＆A behavior, Base on the result, thought that the Chinese Enterprise must treat its M＆A behavior as far as possible prudently in the present Cross - border M＆A upsurge, they are requested to complete each anticipated preparatory work before the M＆A behavior starts.
