We should consummate the legislative work of derivatives, implement dynamic supervision and strict contract design of financial derivatives, so to cause it standard and guarantee that the derivative transaction is public and fair. We should strengthen the international cooperation of law risk prevention of derivatives, in order to prevent and against the financial derivative risk.
