摘要
〔目的〕了解红外热成像体温监测系统对口岸入境人群体温监测的效果,为提高口岸传染病检出率提供科学依据。〔方法〕分析福田口岸2007年8月—2008年7月红外热成像体温监测系统对入境人员的每月监测数据,统计每月发热病例的检出率,红外热成像体温监测系统报警的准确率、精确度。〔结果〕在12个月中,入境人员中发热病例的检出率,红外热成像体温监测系统报警的准确率及精确度均不断提高,其中2008年7月份最高,分别达到了2.21/万、43.9%及0.86℃。〔结论〕该系统在口岸传染病监测中具有较好的应用效果,用检出率、准确率、精确度作为评价该系统使用效果的参考指标,具有客观性、实用性和科学性。
Objective To study the effect of the thermal infrared temperature detection system among entry personnel, and to provid scientific basis for control and prevention of infectious diseases at port. Method The detection data were analyzed at Futian Port during Aug 15, 2007 to Jul 31, 2008. Result During twelve months, The accuracy rate and precision rate of this system were improved continuously, and there was the top in Jul, 2008, which up to 2.21/10 000, 43.9% and 0.86℃. Conclusion The detection rate, accuracy rate and precision rate are applied to evaluate the effect of this system objectively, practically and scientifically.This system can be effectively in application of control and prevention infectious diseases at port.
