Baseline Survey on Flies at Chongqing Railway Port

〔目的〕掌握重庆铁路口岸的蝇类本底,为口岸蝇类防治提供科学依据。〔方法〕从2006年10月—2007年9月,采用蝇笼诱捕法,对重庆铁路口岸的蝇类种群分布和季节消长进行调查。〔结果〕调查共捕获蝇类784只,4科13属30种,优势蝇种为巨尾阿丽蝇、丝光绿蝇、铜绿蝇、大头金蝇;蝇密度随季节消长,平均密度为16.33只/笼·日;4月为高峰期;不同生境的蝇密度不同,其中垃圾站最高。〔结论〕调查填补了重庆铁路口岸医学媒介生物蝇类的资料空白,为进一步开展蝇类媒介生物防制、蝇类传染病监测和控制提供了依据。对蝇类的控制应根据不同时间和地点采取相应的措施,重点在垃圾站。

Objective To understand the flies baseline at Chongqing railway port, and to provide scientific evidences for the control of flies at port. Method The density,seasonal changes and species structure of flies were investigated with cage-entrap from october 2006 to September 2007 at Chongqing railway port. Result 784 flies were captured,and classified as 4 families,13 genus,and 30 species.The preponderant species were Aldrichina grahami Aldrich, Lucilia sericata Meigen, Lucilia cuprina Wd, Chrysomya megacephala Fadricius.The fly density changed in different season,seasanal variation showed apex in April,and the average density was 16.3 flies per cage.The fly density was different at different sites,and the highest one was at the refuse dump. Conclusion The investigation provide the flies baseline data at Chongqing railway port. In order to control flies at port,the suitable measure should be taken at the different time and different places,the sanitation of effuse dump was the most important.
