信阳市中心医院流行菌株及耐药性分析

Analysis of Epidemic Strains and Drug Resistance in Xinyang Central Hospital

目的:对信阳市中心医院流行菌株及耐药性分析,为临床的经验性治疗提供参考依据。方法:对本院2007年9月至2008年9月细菌室分离的病原性细菌进行统计,主要从三方面着手。第一,以标本来源为依据,统计各类标本中主要流行菌。第二,以细菌为依据,统计各类常见菌药物敏感状况。第三,以药物为依据,观察各类抗菌药物的抗菌谱变化。结果:各标本流行菌株有所变化,各抗菌药物的抗菌谱与其原始抗菌谱有所不同。结论:流行菌株及耐药性的分析,可为经验治疗提供依据。

The paper had three statistics about separating pathogenic bacteria in germ room between September 2007 and September 2008 as follows： the statistics of primary epidemic bacteria of the various samples based on sample source, the statistics of drug sensitiveness of various common bacteria based on bacteria, viewing the variation of the antibacterial spectrum of the various antibacterials. The result showed that epidemic strain of various samples had variation, and antibacterial spectrum of the antibacterials distinguished anlage antibacterial spectrum. The text offered evidence information for clinical empirical therapeutics.
