摘要
术前指导患者进行呼吸训练,术后加强呼吸道护理,是确保老年行开胸术患者早日康复的主要护理措施。本文通过对我科42例老年开胸病人采用预防性护理方法,实践证明是行之有效的,患者增强了治疗疾病的信心,手术效果好,术后恢复快。
It is the main measure to ensure the elderly patients with thoracotomy for an early recovery by pre-operative guide with respiratory training and post-operative strengthening of respiratory nursing. The preventive nursing methods in this essay for 42 cases of elderly thoracotomy in our department proved to be effective, with the results of increased confidence in patients, better effect in operation and quicker resumption after operation.
