The decision behaviors in an enterprise organization are the performance and outcome of the organizational structure. It is useful to introduce the Multilevel Control and Coordinate Model and game theory method to reveal organizations design and setup,as well as the organizational behavior resulted in. And it is a powerful tool in modern enterprise organization and management reengineering and redesign.
