本文主要描述基于网络平台下的混合学习模式的特点。并谈谈本人把Photoshop课程教学和混合学习教学模式相结合，面向应用，提高学生的自主学习能力，培养学生的信息素质，以达到较好的教学效果。

This paper is concentrated on the features of Web-based blending learning mode. I discussed a method in my paper that combining Photoshop teaching with blending learning mode. The method is application-oriented, and it could improve self-learning ability and information quality of students and achieve better teaching results.
