摘要
探讨了弹性蛋白酶对高血脂模型小鼠的血脂的调节作用和弹性蛋白酶对乙醇肝损伤模型小鼠的肝保护作用。结果表明:弹性蛋白酶能明显抑制用高脂高营养饲料喂养小鼠的血清和胆固醇的升高,降低体内甘油三酯(TG)和丙二醛含量(MDA),提高其血清中高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平,升高还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量,从而达到机体脂代谢和乙醇代谢的相对平衡。
Effects of elastase on plasma lipid and alcoholic liver in experimental animals were studied in this paper. Hyperlipidemia rat model was induced by improving lipid metabolism and the rat model with damaged liver by alcohol was induced by feeding with 50% ethanol. Results showed that elastase obviously decreased cholesterol, Triglyceride (TG) and Malondialchehyche(MDA) in serum of hyperlipidemia rats, while significantly increased the content of HDL-C in serum of hyperlipidemia rats and the GSH content in serum of alcoholic liver bearing rats. So elastase can maintain the balance of lipid and alcohol destabilizations in serum of the mice.
