我国炼油企业竞争力影响因素及对策分析

Analysis on Influence Factors and Countermeasures for Competitive Strength of Refineries in China

文章结合我国炼油企业行业特点,分析了影响企业竞争力的主要内部因素,这些因素可分为基础性、经营管理类和可持续发展类3个方面。论述了各因素的相关内涵及其与企业竞争力的关联度。对照各因素的相关指标,指出了我国炼油企业与国际同类先进企业间的差距,并提出了增强我国炼油企业竞争力的几点建议。

Based on the characteristics of the petroleum refineries in China,the main internal factors that influence competitive strength were analyzed. The factors were divided into three types:fundamental factors,management factors,and sustainable development factors. The connotation of each factor and its relationship with competitive strength were described. The gap between domestic refineries and international forerunners were proposed by comparing the correlation index of each factor. Some suggestions for enhancing the competitive strength of domestic refineries were put foreword.
