注醇橇在天然气管道分输站防冻中的应用

Application of Methanol Injection Skid Base to Natural Gas Pipeline Delivery Stations for Protection from Freezing

The selection of antifreeze,and the advantage and applicability of methanol injection skid were analyzed. Dosages of methanol,selection of equipment,and plans of reformation and installation were introduced. As a temporary measurement for safety operation in winter,methanol injection skid using less investment was applied to 16 delivery stations along the west-to-east gas pipeline. The pipeline delivery system has got safe and stable operation.
