摘要
文章采用改性木质素磺酸盐絮凝处理含镍电镀废水,此法处理含镍废水效果明显。实验表明:当在室温条件下,单体用量为1.5mol/L,反应时间为48h时,可得到分子量较大、絮凝效果较好的改性木质素磺酸盐。用这种改性木质素磺酸盐处理含镍废水,当其用量为100mg/L,pH值控制在7,接触反应时间为70min,在室温的条件下,可使含镍废水中的Ni2+,COD的去除率分别达到98.0%和80.0%以上。
Modified lignosulfonate flocculation was applied to treating nickel-containing electroplate wastewater with quite good efficiency. Results showed that the modified lignosulfonate with bigger molecular and better flocculation which was obtained under the conditions of room temperature, monomer dosage 1.5mol/L and reaction time 48h can be used to treat nickel-containing wastewater, with removal efficiency of Ni^2+ and COD in nickel-containing wastewater up to 98.0% and 80.0% respectively in the conditions of dosage of modified lignosulfonate 100mg/L, pH 7, catalysis time 70min and room temperature.
