摘要
①目的研究荞麦花叶总黄酮(TFBFL)对小鼠抗急性应激反应的能力。②方法将小鼠随机分为正常对照组及TFBFL高、低剂量组。TFBFL组按40mg/(kg·d)和20mg/kg·d),灌胃给药7天,正常对照组灌胃等容量的去离子水。末次给药2小时,采用负重游泳法,观察游泳时间;常压耐缺氧和耐低温法,观察小鼠存活时间。③结果TFBFL能延长小鼠负重游泳时间,缺氧存活时间及提高耐寒能力,TFBFL高剂量作用更为显著。④结论TFBFL具有明显的抗疲劳、耐缺氧、耐低温作用,可增加小鼠应激反应的能力。
Objective To study the total flavones of buckwheat flower and leaf (TFBFL) on anti - stress response in mice. Method The mice were divided randomly into the following 3 groups : control group , TFBFL high and low dose group, fed at the dose of 40 and 20mg/( kg · d) for 7 days and fed with deionized water in control group. The swimming time was observed with loaded swimming metbod and the survival time was observed with resisting oxygen deficit and low temperature method at 2 hours after taking midicine finally. Results The time of loaded swimming and resisting oxygen deficit were extended and ability of cold resistance was improved by TFBFL and which were significant in high doses TFBFL. Conclusion TFBFL had the obvious effects of anti - fatigue, anti - anoxia and low - temperature - resistance, and increased the ability of stress response in mice.
