摘要
针对目前国内液压支架用安全阀存在不足,研制了一种新型液压支架用大流量安全阀。采用功率键合图法和状态空间法建立了该阀系统动态特性的数学模型以及仿真模型。利用Matlab软件对其动态特性进行了数字仿真分析,并对影响该阀动态性能的相关因素进行分析,得出一些重要结论,为大流量安全阀的设计与性能分析提供了依据。
For the limitation of the present relief valve in hydraulic supports, a new type relief valve with large flux used on hydraulic supports was introduced. The dynamic mathematic and simulation model were built by means of power bond graphs and state space method. Digital simulation analysis for dynamic characteristics of the valve was made on Matlab. Meanwhile, analysis for relevant elements of the valve' s dynamic properties was made, which provides basis for design and property analysis of the valve on a series of important eondusions.
