摘要
根据采煤机截煤理论,采煤机截煤块度的大小与截齿的截割厚度、截齿的排列方式、滚筒转速等有很大关系。通过对块煤率的数学描述,找出了影响块煤率的主要因素,并研究了采煤机滚筒的结构,分析了其各参数对块煤率的影响,得出了提高块煤率的方法。
According to the cutting theory of shearer, the cutting size of the shearer has great relations with cutting thickness of drum, the arrangement of pick and the roller speed. Through the mathematical description of lump coal percentage, identify the main impact factors of lump coal percentage and research the structure of shearer drum, analyses the various parameters on the rate of lump coal percentage, obtain a method of increasing lump coal percentage.
