摘要
灯盒是一个形状比较复杂的典型盒形件,需要的工序有落料、拉深、切边、冲孔、内翻边。经工艺计算和分析,确定了合理的冲压工艺方案,提出用落料拉深模、切边冲孔模2套复合模和1套单工序翻边模完成该零件的生产。重点介绍了相应模具的结构特点和工作过程,设计出的模具结构简单,制造容易,对类似零件的模具设计具有指导作用。
The lamp box is a complicated box- shaped part. It needs five working procedures to finish the workpiece, which are blanking, drawing, trimming and flanging. By using process calculation and analysis for lamp box, two compound dies and one simple die are designed to finish the workpieee. The structure characteristic of these dies and the working process is introduced. The dies is simple in structure and easy to manufacture, which have direction function for similarity part.
