摘要
介绍了交流电机变频调速的基本原理,结合正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)技术,给出了一种基于DSP TMS320F240的交流异步电机变频调速控制系统,简述了实现该控制系统的硬件、软件设计方案。实验证明,应用软件方法实时生成SWPM波用于异步电动机的变频调速方案减少了系统外围电路,具有很好的效果,系统可靠性高。
Introduce a basic frequency conversion velocity modulation theory of AC asynchronous motor. A design is reported based on DSP TMS320F240, combined with SPWM technology. It' s hardware and software are described. The experimental result indicates that generate SPWM wave by the software method has better perfonnance and more reliability with external circuit reduced.
