详细论述了以PLC为测控核心的系统结构、风机启动控制机制、模拟量测量方法,利用PID模糊控制器实现风量闭环控制,综合采用嵌入式和WWW网络版组态软件形成上位机软件冗余系统。该系统基于企业计算机网络,实现了主通风机运行参数、通风数据的实时监测与风机主辅设备控制的一体化。
Details the structure, the ventilator starting control mechanism, and the analog measurement of the monitoring system with PLC as the core, which uses PID fuzzy controller to realize closed - loop control of air - quantity, and uses the embedded and the WWW configuration software to form an upper computer software redundant system. Based on Intranet the system completes real- time monitoring and controlling that include the main and the accessorial equipment operation data, air- quantity data, and their control.
