摘要 采用化学镀方法在液压立柱表面施镀Ni—P—B合金。研究了化学镀Ni—P—B合金镀层的晶态结构、表面形貌、显微硬度、膜基结合强度和耐蚀性。研究表明,化学镀Ni—P—B合金镀层表面较平整,分布均匀;Ni—P—B镀层的显微硬度为HV560~650,经热处理后显微硬度可达到HV1000~1300。还介绍了化学镀Ni—P—B合金工艺在液压立柱上的应用,通过比较,说明了化学镀Ni—P—B合金在性能等方面优于传统电镀合金和化学镀Ni—P合金,在煤矿机械上推广此项技术很有意义。 The Ni - P - B alloy was formed by eleetroless plating on the surface of the hydraulic legs. The crystal analysis, surface topography, microhardness, membrane base union Intensity and erosion resistance were studied. The results showed that the surface of Ni - P - B alloy was smooth. The microhardness of Ni - P - B alloy reached HV560 - 650 before annealing and could reach HV1 000 - 1 300 after annealing. The application of electroless plating of Ni - P - B alloy on hydraulic legs was introduced. By comparing, the performance of Ni - P - B alloy was better than convertional electric plating and electroless Ni - P alloy. The application of the technique on colliery mechanism was significant.
