从矿内旧城区的功能地位及其发展历程的研究,城市更新开发应探求城市的历史文脉,宣扬城市的特色,保持城市格局的可持续性。实现城市发展、房地产开发、居住业主的最大利益。
By analyzing the present situation of the urban development and the historic culture of Kuangnei district, this article aims to how to lead the old town from an old one toward a intensive, harmonious and economizing one.
