安理申对早期Alzheimer病患者血清BDNF浓度的影响

摘要 目的探讨碱酯酶(AChE)抑制剂安理申对早期Alzheimer病患者血浆BDNF浓度的影响。方法应用ELISA法对41例早期AD患者和29例年龄相匹配的健康对照组血清的BDNF浓度进行检测,AD患者在口服安理申前及口服安理申(10mg/d)治疗12个月后进行检测。结果AD患者治疗前BDNF的血清浓度为(18.6±3.3)ng/ml,低于将抗对照组的(24.1±5.6)ng/ml,治疗12个月后,AD患者血清BDNF浓度增加到(23.7±6.2)ng/ml,与对照组比较无明显差异。结论AD患者存在血清BD-NF持续降低,AChE抑制剂安理申能增加患者血清BDNF浓度,可能具有一定的神经保护作用。 Objective To study the effect of Acetylcholinesterase(AChE) inhibitor, donepezil for early Alzheimer disease(AD) on brain-derived neutrophic factor(BDNF) concentration in serum. Methods With ELISA assay BDNF serum concentration was detected in 41 early AD patients and 29 age-matched healthy controls. For AD patients,their BDNF serum concentrations were detected before treatment with donepezil and after 12months of treatment with donepezil 10mg per day. Results Bofore treatment we found that BDNF serum concentration of AD patients was (18. 6±3.3) ng/ml and decreased significantly compared with healthy controls (24. 1±5.6)ng/ml. After 12 months in the treatment of donepezil, their BDNF serum concentration increased significantly(23.7±6.2)ng/ml and showed no difference to healthy controls. Conclusion For AD patients, BDNF serum concentrations sustained de- crease,and donepezil can significantly increase BDNF serum concentration. It may have several neuroprotect effect.
