摘要
啤酒酵母可以生物吸附方式吸附大多数有毒重金属、收贵重金属以及具有放射性的元素,该方法原料丰富、成本低、处理重金属效果好。文章综述了目前国内外以啤酒酵母为生物吸附材料研究的进展,从啤酒酵母的不同吸附形式、吸附性能、吸附容量、吸附机理、啤酒酵母的固定化以及影响吸附的因素等方面对啤酒酵母今后的发展趋势和应用前景进行展望。
Saccharomyces cerevisiae has the biosorption capacity. It can adsorb toxic heavy metals, and recover noble metal and radioactive elements from wastewater. It has many advantages, such as abundant and inexpensive biomass source, low capital investment, low operation costs and high efficiency of treatment, etc. In this paper, these hot topics of Saccharomyces cerevisiae as adsorption material were described. The absorption form, the properties of biosorbent, absorption capacity, absorption mechanism of biosorbent, immobilization of biosorbent and the factors of affecting biosorption quantity were analyzed and studied, and the tendency of the development of S. cerevisiae and the prospect of its application were also viewed.
