摘要
水、旱灾害和水生态环境恶化是困扰黑龙江省的三大水问题,近年来,黑龙江省水生态环境问题尤为突出。文章对黑龙江省水环境问题的现状、发展趋势、危害、原因进行描述和分析,并在此基础上提出富有针对性的防治对策。
Flood, drought and eco-water environment are three major problems of water resources that puzzle Heilongjiang Province. In recent years, eco-water environment is an outstanding problem in Heilongjiang. This paper described and analyzed the status, trends, damage and cause of the eco-water environment issue of Heilongjiang and put forward the special control measures on this basis.
