摘要 给出了一种基于单台计算机的智能控制仿真培训系统的开发模式。该系统以力控组态软件Force Control作为图形用户界面(GUI)开发平台,采用MATLAB构造实际被控对象模型,并通过DDE技术实现了力控组态软件与MATLAB之间的实时数据通信。此仿真培训系统的开发方法适用于小型精细化工过程操作培训仿真器的开发,给仿真培训系统的开发研究带来便利。 An IPC (Industrial Personal Computer and Intelligent Process Controller) Mode Process Simulation Training System based on SCADA Configuration Software and MATLAB was introduced. The system uses Force Control as GUI platform and MATLAB to work as a model of real dynamic plant. Real time data exchanging is realized by DDE (Dynamic Data Exchange) between Force Control and MATLAB. The method is applicable in developing Simulation Training System for a small scale fine chemical production process. The system is helpful in studying the development of Simulation Training System.
