头孢克肟胶囊溶出度测定

Determination of the dissolution of cefixime capsults

建立了紫外分光光度法测定头孢克肟胶囊的溶出度的方法。采用中国药典2005版附录ⅩC第二法,以0.01 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=6.5)为溶出介质,转速100 r/min,测定波长280 nm。头孢克肟在1.96～19.46μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),供试品与市售品在前10 min的溶出特性存在差异。

The dissolution of cefixime capsult was determined by UV method, according to the second method of appendix X C in Ch.P. 2005 at the detection wavelength of 288 nm, under the stirring speed of 100 r/min and in the dissolution solution of 0.01mol/L PBS （ PH=6.5 ） . The calibration curve of cefixime was linear in the concentration range of 1.96 ～19.46μ g/mL（r=0.9999）. The dissolution test of testing and domestic products showed that two products had different dissolution characteristic in the first 10 min.
