摘要
金刚石圆锯片在激光辐射作用后所造成的超级淬火区,这些淬火表面硬度很高,呈现细晶组织晶粒,激光强化基体时,在基体表面将产生一定的残余应力,其应力大小及其在强化层方向上的分布性质上取决于激光辐射的功率密度,金刚石锯片基体经过激光表面强化处理后,强化后组织和压缩残余应力相叠加的结果使基体的疲劳强度有很大的提高。
There exist a quenching zone on diamond blade after effects of laser strengthening process and micro hardness on the zone is very high. Crystalline grain is very thin in quenching zone. After laser strengthening residual stress is formed. Distribution and strengthening of residual stress depend on power density of laser. After laser strengthening , strength of diamond blade is greatly improved.
