摘要
数控选择性电化学沉积(NSE)快速成型是将电化学沉积和快速成型工艺相结合的一种新的加工工艺。根据数控选择性电化学沉积快速制造工艺原理,对其基本工艺过程进行分析,建立了制造工艺过程与设备机械系统之间的关系。装置主要由主支撑架、运动执行机构、电铸液循环系统、电沉积等部分组成。在此基础上完成了数控选择性电化学沉积快速制造工艺设备的研制。
Numerical Selective Electrodeposition (NSE) Rapid Prototyping is a new manufacture method that combines electrodeposition and rapid prototyping. According to the theory of NSE, its basic process was analyzed, the relationship between the manufacture process and mechanical systems of the machine was built. The equipment consists of the main supporting frame, moving frame, circulate system of electrolyte, electrodeposition. Based on that, the machine was achieved.
