研究和开发高性能的伺服进给系统,是数控机床设计成败的关键之一。文中分析了数控加工中心进给系统的设计方法和步骤,介绍了加工中心伺服电机的选择计算,还对进给系统的精度和刚度进行了验算,保证了设计的可靠性。
It is a key fact for NC machining center to study and develop a good servo feed system. A integrated design method of servo feed system on a horizontal machining center is introduced in detailed. It introduces how to choose hall screw, to choose servo motor, and the rigidity and accuracy of the servo feed system is verified, so the reliability is firmed.
