光照周期对蛋鸡性成熟性状的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究光照周期对蛋鸡性成熟的影响,将160只健康海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为4个处理组,每个处理组设4个重复,每个重复10只鸡。10周龄到19周龄末控制光照周期为8L∶16D,采用大群饲养管理;从19周龄开始,每个重复随机抽取2只鸡单笼饲养以便指标测定;20周龄开始增加光照,光照周期分别为17L∶7D(Ⅰ组)、15L∶9D(Ⅱ组)、13L∶11D(Ⅲ组)、11L∶13D(Ⅳ组)。试验结果表明:光照周期对蛋重、卵巢重、大黄卵泡个数及重量,小黄卵泡个数及重量、输卵管长度及重量、鸡冠重、肉髯重、腹部容积、耻骨宽度、龙骨长、小腿胫粗度影响差异不显著(P>0.05);处理组Ⅰ和Ⅳ相比,对开产日龄的影响有显著差异(P<0.05),和其他组相比差异不显著。处理组Ⅰ与Ⅱ、Ⅳ组对跖长影响差异显著(P<0.05)。
