摘要
通过对某金属矿山矿井通风系统调查与测定,并评价其通风效果,得出该矿井通风系统主要存在问题为:风机安装方式不合理,矿井漏风量较大,通风系统中通风构筑物不够完善、调控设施不到位及维护不善,导致风流紊乱、内部漏风、风流短路严重,风量分配不合理;有效风量率偏低,内部短路漏风严重,采场通风条件差及局部区域污风循环等。通过采取相应的管理措施及技术改造,改善了矿山作业点的环境,有效地解决了井下的通风问题。
Based on investigating and measuring the mine ventilation system, and evaluating its ventilation effect, the main problems existing in mine ventilation system were pointed out. The air machine was installated unsuitable, the mine air leaked out seriously, and etc. After suitable management measures and technical reformation were adopted, the working place environment was improved, and the ventilation problems were resolved effectively.
