This paper introduced the reformation and practice of the second phase of copper-sulphur system in Yinshan Mineral Industry Company concentrator. By the process reformation, the interlocking mineral content was reduced, and the copper and gold recovery rate were improved. After the reformation, the process was more suitable for the ore property, the process was more stable, and good economic benefit was obtained.
