电脑时代书籍设计的人文内涵

The humanities content of book design in the age of computers

书籍是人类传承文明、记载人类社会发展的载体。装帧设计艺术作为人类文化意识的一种表现形式,属于人类精神产品的一部分,于潜移默化中影响和改变着人们的思想观念和审美意识。电脑技术的发展,不仅极大地丰富了书籍设计的表现形式,工作效率也因此得到了极大的提升。电脑技术在设计领域的应用,是划时代的进步,同时也带来在书籍设计中滥用电脑效果的现象等诸多负面的影响。所以在电脑设计时代,书籍设计应通过恰当地运用传统文化元素等方式,提升书籍设计的文化内涵和艺术品位。

Books carry and spread mankind＇s civilization. The art of books binding design is a manifestation of the cultural consciousness and a spiritual product of mankind. It changes and influences imperceptibly people＇s thoughts and consciousness of beauty. The development of computer technology not only enriches books design- ing, but also considerably improves the efficiency of designing work. The application of computer technology in the design realm is a breakthrough, but it also has negative effects on the art of design. Misuse and abuse of computerdesigned pictures in books design is an embodiment of the negative effect. In this paper, we argue that even in the age of computers, books designers should still give priority to the cultural content and artistic value of books.
