糖尿病血管病变的舌下络脉观察及特点分析

An Analysis on Features of Sublingual Collaterals in Diabetes Patients with Angiopathy

目的探讨糖尿病血管病变与舌下络脉的相关性,掌握其显现类型与规律。方法对30例糖尿病血管病变者的舌下络脉及其显现类型与血液流变学的关系进行了观察。结果糖尿病血管病变患者舌下络脉变化的特征表现为:不同程度的粗张、延长、迂曲或囊泡、细络瘀血。舌下络脉以上种种变化与糖尿病血管病变程度呈正相关,甚至早于其他临床指征的显现。结论舌下络脉的变化与糖尿病血管病变密切相关并有一定规律可循。舌下络脉变化可作为糖尿病血管病变的前期诊断指标之一,据此进行有针对性的检查和及早采取干预措施,对糖尿病血管病变的防治具有重要意义。

OBJECTIVE To explore into the types and regularities of the correlation between angiopathy in diabetes and sublingual collaterals. METHOD Thirty patients were observed in the study. RESULT The features of the changes in the sublingual collaterals of diabetic patients with angiopathy were different degrees of expansion, extension, curving, vesicles and blood stasis. These changes were directly correlated to the severity of angiopathy. CONCLUSION The changes in the sublingual collaterals are closely related to angiopathy in diabetes, which can serve as an index for early diagnosis of vessel pathological changes in diabetes patients. This is of important significance for the early diagnosis and treatment of diabetes with angiopathy.
