摘要 讨论了固体火箭发动机壳体特性系数的定义,给出了钢壳体和纤维缠绕壳体特性系数的表达式。结果表明,壳体特性系数不仅与壳体材料的比强度有关,还与壳体封头结构及圆筒长径比有关;对纤维缠绕壳体,特性系数还与纤维的体积含量有关。因此,将壳体特性系数作为壳体材料的性能常数是不正确的。在其他条件相同的情况下,增加圆筒长度是提高壳体特性系数的有效方法。 The definition of characteristic factor of SRM cases was discussed. The analytical expressions of characteristic factor of the steel case and the filament-wound case were given respectively. The results show that characteristic factor of the case depends on not only specific strength of case material, but also dome structure of the case and length-to-diameter ratio of the cylinder. In addition, characteristic factor of the filament-wound case has also relation with volume fraction of the fiber. Therefore characteristic factor cannt be taken as performance parameter of the case material. Under the same other conditions, characteristic factor can be effectively improved by increasing the length of the cylinder.
